MatchHub Web is out: a table tennis scoreboard you open in your browser, with nothing to install. It works on phones and computers. It is free and has no ads.
■ For a quick practice match
Singles and doubles, best of 3, 5 or 7 games. Swipe up on a score to add a point, swipe down to take one back. In doubles, the board marks the server [S] and the receiver [R], with the same rules as the app: the serve changes every point from 10-10, and the receiver swaps at 5 in the final game.
■ The score stays in your browser
No account and no sign-in. The score is kept in your browser and is not sent anywhere. If you reload the page, the match carries on where it was. Add it to your home screen to open it like an app.
■ Player names and history are in the app
MatchHub Web is the scoreboard only. Player names, match history and call-outs are in the MatchHub app for iPhone and Android. The iPhone version also lets you score from Apple Watch.
